Please bring the following documents for the application:
(1) Distribution and submission of application forms: From1 to 30 November 2022 (no quota)
* submission can be made in person during office hours on weekdays in November,
(closed on Saturdays and Sundays), please enclose HK $40 application fee with the submission (no refund)
OR the application form can be obtained online, then posted to the Kindergarten along with HK $40 application fee *cheque payable to ‘Jade Kindergarten’
(2) Interview day: 10 December 2022 (Sat) at 10:00 a.m.
* All applicants who have paid the application fee will be interviewed
* English interpretation and interview will be arranged for non-Chinese-speaking applicants
(3) Interview Arrangements:
(3.1) The Kindergarten will arrange interview for all applicants.
(3.2) All children will have group interview. Two parent are allowed to accompany with the child to participate in the interview.
(4) Results announcement: K1 admission results will be announced on 16 December 2022 (Fri) (Online or in person) via the school website and at our campus. We will contect you by phone for “Notification for Result on Admission”, which includes “successfully admitted” “Waiting list for admission”, or “Not accept” on or before 16 December 2022 (Fri).

(4.1)For successful applicants: Parents should complete the registration procedures for their child between 5th– 7th January 2023 (“Centralized Registration Dates”) by submitting the original copy of the “2023/24RC” / “Admission Pass” to the school.
(4.2)Applicants on waiting list: The school will notify any accepted applicants immediately by phone. Parents should complete the registration procedures for their child according to the specified date set by the school. Parents will be required to submit the original copy of the “2023/24RC” / “Admission Pass” to the school, as well as paying the registration fee.
＊Please notify the school by letter or email if parents decide to change school for their child after registration. Our school will return the “2023/24RC” / “Admission Pass” as soon as possible. Please note that the registration fee is non-refundable and
non-transferable. Upon getting back the “2023/24RC” / “Admission Pass”, our school will no longer reserve the place for the applicant.
(5) Registration day: From 5 (Thur) to 7 (Sat) January 2023 (Designated dates by the Education Bureau)
* Please submit HK $970.00 registration fee (no refund), along with the Registration Certificate for Kindergarten Admission for the school year 23/24
(6) Payment for textbook and fees for first term 2023: From 26 (Wed) to 28 (Fri) April 2023
* if the student drops out after payment, the Kindergarten is only liable to refund any unused fee, and pass to the student any textbook that has been purchased
(7) Priority admission
(7.1) same school net (School Net 74)
(7.2) older sibling is a current student
(7.3) a parent or older sibling is a graduate
(7.4) recommendation by an alumnus/parent

(9) Arrangement for adminission application of Non-Chinese Speaking(NCS)Children
(9.1) When interviewing NCS children, interpretation and/or translation service for applicants will be provided where necessary, or parents and children are allowed to be accompanied by a Chinese speaking relative/friend to facilitate communication.

(10) Support to Non-Chinese Speaking(NCS)Children
Our school has non-Chinese speaking groups and individual support services.
**Note1: The Registration Certificate for Kindergarten Admission for the school year 23/24 can be obtained online, at post offices, government offices or at the Kindergarten.
**Note2: Students on waiting list need to wait for the notification given in 9 January 2023 (Mon)between 9am to 5pm from the school about the date for registration.
**Note3: If anyone would like to take back the registration certificate, please inform the school by written instruction to apply for the collection of the Registration Certificate.
